Who should join?
Anyone interested in learning how to shoot portraits in studio, home & outdoor environment using both flash as well as natural, available lighting. Participants should have their own DSLR cameras and have basic photography skills.
Pls consider our basic photography class if you are still unfamiliar with your camera

3000 RMB per participant

Minimum of 4 participants are required to start the workshop. Participants will be requested to pay the workshop fees as early as possible to confirm their participation. (Pls enquire for early-bird discounts)

1. Different types of portraits - Environmental, Studio, Candid etc.
2. Visual styles by masters in portraiture
3. Camera techniques for effective portrait shoots
4. Working with your subjects, posing and directing your models
5. Working with natural light
6. Demonstration and Practice


Day Two
Sunday
February 26, 2012
10am - 3pm
` 7. Working with studio lighting for portraits
8. Facial and Feature Analysis of your models/subjects
9. Knowing what flatters your model
10. Correcting facial problems, from double chins to large ears
11. Styling your shoot.
12. Photoshop techniques and post-shoot digital imaging
13. Critique and Review of Student's works
