Documentary Photography Bootcamp is an intensive, project-based practical workshop where participants will learn how to shoot and edit feature photo stories in black & white over a nine-day period.
Designed as an effective approach to help students learn more in less time, it is designed for small groups limiting to 3 students in a class. You can either join our bi-monthly bootcamps or contact us privately to start at a time of your convenience.
The next bootcamp is scheduled March 5 - 13, 2010.

Over a two-day-one-night bootcamp on March 5 & 6, 2011 (Saturday & Sunday) followed by a one-week of private lessons, participants will immerse themselves into lots of practical shooting and learning with our instructors day & night. There will be at least one instructors to four participants to provide plenty of guidance, feedback and advice to improve on your shooting skills, techniques and approach.
After March 6 2011, Sunday, participants are encouraged to meet up with chief instructor, Lance Lee, for further shooting sessions & 1-on-1 review & feedback instructional time over the next six days. This helps to prepare themselves for their final presentation & showtime on March 13, Sunday, the finale for this bootcamp. That will be the time to share and shine.
Over this nine-days period, photographers will learn how to shoot in black & white, develop their own visual stories, refine and improve their shooting techniques & approach, learn how to edit their projects and present their works.
