Getting into the thick of the action and capturing that moment defines Junjie’s style of photography. First started photography in 2003, Junjie has captured thousands of indelible moments. In March 2007, Junjie held his first exhibition on Timor-Leste at the Asian Civilizations Museum to bring awareness to the young country. In 2008, a film he cinematographed, “Remorse”, won two national film competitions and was screened at the Taiwan Urban Nomad Film Festival. In 2009, under Lance Lee's art direction, he collaborated with fashion stylist Luke Elijah Lim on a fashion exhibition at The Cathay. As the photography chairperson at the NTU Photo-Videographic society, Junjie conceived a training curriculum for basic photography in 2006 that continues to be taught to members today. He has taught photography to people from all walks of life, from secondary school students to working professionals to retirees. In August 2009, he co-founded Phocus Academy in Singapore to further his passion in teaching and promoting photography. Email Junjie at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
